Hi Beauty Always followers !
As promised I have a photo of My work with Brenden Gleeson at the Golden Globes.

I arrived at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills and was greeted by a very gregarious Mr. Gleeson incredible man, down to earth and. super nice!

I gave him a hair cut and then basic grooming of his beard and just a simple moisturizer. His wife was amazing as well Mary. She had a horrible experience at the salon (not mentioning names) I took her hair down it was very old fashioned looking and redid it to a chic side chignon with very soft fringe and no curls at all very Bridgette Bardot! I also redid her makeup and gave her a smokey eye with Christian Dior palette in the pale greens. Her gown was a chic long green tone. She and Brenden Looked smashing! What a amazing experience and Award season is just kicking off! More to come ...

Wow what a crazy beginning to January!

So many amazing opportunities have come my way.

Spain has come to Los Angeles! What a fun crew, everyone is from Spain except me!! We are shooting for Corte de Anglish a Spain based high end department store and Navadades a fashion magazine based in Madrid! Sunday break and,

Today Iam working the Golden Globes! How cool and what an amazing accomplishment for me to have for my career! Nominated Actor Brendon Gleeson and his beautiful wife Mary. Watch the Red Carpet tonight to see my work on these two amazing people!

I celebrated my 3rd month in Los Angeles while working in Chicago. January 11th marks 3 months as a Angelino!

I believe when you put good into the universe it comes back to you in unbelievable abundance!

A new Year is upon us, Welcome 2012

As we come to a close on 2011, I have much to reflect upon. A move to Los Angeles to pursue my dreams happened in October of 2011. Leaving Chicago was a hard decision but, I knew I had to go in order to advance my career and create. As successful as I was in the east it was time to embark on to a new adventure~ I have been creatively charged and happy to be with a new agency AIM Artists.
Can't wait to see what the universe will hold for me in 2012, I have laid a good path for abundance to bless me this year and, with so many new friendships and energy I am ready to take it full steam ahead!

Yesterday I met a wonderful and beautiful woman Noreen Conlon Hinds. My wonderful Friend Megan Murphy's Mum. I had the honor to create a new glamorous Hair cut and style for Noreen. She arrived at Megan's home looking so chic in her magenta colored blouse, turquoise and red beads around her neck a floral scarf in silk and a faux fur mink vest, and deep blue jeans. Noreen was a fashion model in her youth and is still radiating beauty and grace at 80 years old. I decided to give her a chic shoulder length bob cut with graduated layers around her face and a longer layered fringe area (bangs to the american's)
I also colored her hair a soft blonde with baliage of blonde around her face and into her fringe. The end result Noreen was over the moon! She loved her new Haircut and color!

This image that I posted is Noreen not from yesterday but just so you can all see how beautiful a 80 year old woman is!

Arrived from LA last night late. A week in LA and had great meetings and saw how amazing LA can be!
Planning a move out at the end of the month and super excited to start a new life and complete lifestyle change! So many beautiful places in LA, Venice Beach Abbott Kinney street is so cool. No chain restaurants or shopping there just all Cali local shops and amazing beautiful food!! I love it and will be living in Echo Park and Silver Lake area! Lets be glamorous and explore eyeliners! When lining your eyes you can use pencils, cream liners, or a liquid eye liner. Depending on the look your wanting to achieve.These products are my favorites and I use them on myself and in my kit when working. Milani has a amazing eyeliner pencil, its the softest pencil that glides on the eye with ease. I love this pencil in Metallic Brown its gives a very sexy look with out having to pull on your delicate eye tissue to put it on. And it doesn't smudge all over your eye after wearing it. I also love the MAC creme liners in the paint pot, you need a soft liner brush for this, I love and use SMASHBOX cosmetics brush #20 its the double ended smudger brush. With the MAC liner you can achieve a more dramatic eye look. Liquid Liners are amazing as well L'oreal has a great liner pen that glides on you can be lite with it and have a subtle look or glide it on for a dramatic look.

Had the amazing experience working with country star Randy Montana and Maverick Records yesterday. Its really inspiring to work with true talent. Not a manufactured by studio musician!
We did a taping for Yahoo music channel and Randy sang acoustically and played his new hit "1000 faces" four takes and didn't falter! It was a great time meeting all the people involved! I love my job!!

There are a few things to keep in mind what is your skin type: Oily, combination, dry? Its really rainy and gray today in Chicago. I am going to have a beauty day and treat my face and hair to some Masque-ing. I have blogged previously about Eminence Hungarian Skincare before but, it truly is a amazing product. This will be my facial treat today, and my hair is going to be loved by Reflection Chroma Masque by Kerastase. This is a treatment for color treated hair it will not harm the color you love so much. We all want to look a little sun kissed right? Just off the beach? Here is a prefect way to get a glowing" I just got back from Aruba" with out spending a million! 1st step: Exfoliate exfoliate! I like to use a poof in the shower with my body wash and wash will do! 2nd step: moisturize moisturize!!! My favorite in Palmers COCO butter lotion its so creamy and glides on and smells amazing! Make sure you pay extra attention to knees elbows and ankles so self tanner does not saturate those areas. Step 3: use gloves so your finger nails don't get stained.Step 4: your ready to self tan. My favorite and I think the most natural looking is L'oreal's Sublime bronze with the bronzing tint so you can see where its going and when its on. wait about 8 minutes before you dress.

You will look perfectly bronzed and people will ask you where did you go you look so refreshed!

Repeat step 2 and 3 if you want the tan to appear deeper!

Having fun I have a great crew this week this makes it a pleasure!

Have to share 2 beauty products that save my life when I am on the road. The one thing I do every night before bed is take a hot bath to soak my muscles and keep my body feeling relaxed and I love AHAVA bath salts my favorite is the Honey bath it smells delicious and leaves my skin silky.
The 2nd product I have fallen in love with is Eminence Hibiscus and Calendula recovery masque for face. Really have had a great week working on location. Busy Wednesday did a spec motion shoot for my reel and a project that is coming to light for film makers. Had a new piece added to my reel and the website has new work from the fabulous photographer David Anthony.

Today I will work on some of my favorite hair clients and looking forward to working with the new Redken fusion color. Its suppose to be very gentle and also adds tons of gloss and shine to the hair.

I arrived home yesterday and had horrible jet lag, found a great new product to beat this in NZ that the flight attendants use..its just called No jet lag. it helped
Mounuka Honey is the best product from Kiwi land...its made into body butter, lip butter, bath salts. I loaded up on it until My next trip to NZ one day!

All I can say is life has so many turns! Arrived home from New Zealand april 3rd after being on 4 planes traveling through time zones and being stuck in Denver for snow...I then experienced tremendous jet leg and sleep deprevation. In between all that I worked like crazy and got the New CS interiors cover! So happy it looks beautiful.
Discovered Rose Oil for the face & body by Dr. Haushka saved my ravaged skin from traveling and shooting on location.

Tomorrow I leave for New Zealand for round two of Fall 2010 location shoots.
Can't wait to be back in Queens Town and see the crews!

Wow it feels surreal! I leave for the biggest coolest gig wed of this week!
I am super excited and can't wait to meet the crew and see how gorgeous NZ is!!
Tomorrow I will finish packing and making my kit as light as possible. The airlines charge a arm & a leg for over weight bags to NZ. Going for a much needed massage tomorrow as well!
Looking forward to some pampering time before the 14 hour flight.

Wow what a great red carpet last night!
My favorite lady was Monique, she look amazing Loved the gardenia's in her hair and her makeup was flawless! Cudos to her stylists! Penelope Cruz was gorgeous as always so super glam with her glowing tan skin and smokey eyes...up swept hair and just such glamour in her red gown! Her date Javier Bardem looked so handsome and he looked so proud of Penelope! I was smiling when I saw him give her hand a squeeze, they are one hot couple and very in love!!

Today I received the travel itinerary for New Zealand crazy long ass flight 4 planes..OUCH!!
I leave the 17th and arrive the 19th after crossing a million time zones thankfully the flight is over night I will sleep (hopefully) with the help of melatonin and a good book!

Gorgeous new images for my website!
The lip on the model is concealer and baby oil its gives a perfect no color lip with a bit of shine. I concentrated the eye shadow on the lower eye lid. Added a lash and white pencil in the inner eye and the corners ...To give the hair texture I mixed a "cocktail" of Tigi Bedhead rock star and Redken's cream paste.

Hello all Beauty followers!
The new spray wax and Humidity control by Joico are amazing!
I used these products today on a photo shoot and was wowed by the control they gave the hair as wind was blown through it by a fan and the humid conditions of the studio!
I highly recommend these two for every day use to create a beautiful style.
So much to do before the week ahead, Lots of refilling of my makeup kit. I can't wait to see what YSL has for spring makeup and Dior as well! I love french cosmetics!!

I have had the best week, been really busy with work. Today I found 2 cool products by Joico Hair care. One is a Dry Spray wax for adding great texture to the hair, the 2nd product is so super cool its a Humidity blocker that you spray on the hair after a blow dry; after product it keeps the static out of the hair! Work visa has arrived!

Very excited today, my work visa for New Zealand has arrived! Now just waiting to hear when the flight will take me away for the amazing opportunity! This has been a wonderful weekend filled with a lot of amazing creative people and the week is shaping up to be exciting as well! Tonight I will be working on a shoot with a Ford New faces model. I will post the images as soon as I have them. I received the Anthropology catalog today and the images are so amazing I want to recreate one of the hair & makeup looks for this model!
